You will have 5 business days after receiving your canine to have him checked by your own licensed veterinarian. We guarantee all dogs to be free of parasites and in working health. Patrol dogs will be X-rayed and found to be clear of hip dysplasia. Detector dogs will be clear of crippling hip dysplasia.
Our workability guarantee is for one year from the time of delivery. If a problem should arise we expect to be informed of the issue immediately so we can correct the issue. If it is a matter that can not be solved we can replace the dog. Any handler working and doing proper upkeep training with his dog should identify any problems before the year is up. Any problems after the year will be addressed on a per case bases. We will expect all handlers to maintain a training log of every training session with his K9 partner. Only training records validate this workability guarantee. This not only helps us with figuring out what might have caused any issue, It will provide your officer and his K9 partner with strong credibility we testifying in federal court.
